Irvine, California - U.S. Labs, an integrated pathology services company focused on pathology practice management and anatomic pathology laboratory operations, today announced it received an equity capital commitment of $15 million from three leading private venture firms: Accel Partners of Palo Alto, Patricof & Co. Ventures, Inc., of Palo Alto, and Highland Capital of Boston.

U.S. Labs, formerly named AccuPath, is an integrated anatomic pathology services company specializing in anatomic pathology laboratory operations and pathology practice management. The company was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Irvine, California, where it operates a national anatomic pathology reference laboratory.
