IRVINE, CA – US LABS, Inc., a leading provider of cancer diagnostic services, announced that it has signed a lease for approximately 53,000 square feet of space in Irvine. The Company’s administrative functions will move into the building in September, and its laboratory operations are scheduled to move by year-end. US LABS currently occupies three buildings in the Irvine Spectrum area, totaling approximately 20,000 square feet.

Michael Danzi, Chairman and CEO said the new facility "Will allow us to consolidate the company’s three current Irvine facilities under one roof, enhancing our ability to operate and providing improved working conditions for our employees. Amenities at the new facility include a greatly expanded lunch room and an exercise room and related facilities."

The new state-of-the-art facility will employ the latest technological advances to support both its current Cancer Diagnostic Services and its newly formed Genetics Testing Division. It will include a world-class training and conference center for use by clinicians, pathologists, and medical lab technologists as well as US LABS employees.
