Integrated Oncology provides electronic connectivity solutions that can help improve practice productivity through easy-to-use, Web-based applications or sophisticated integrations.

 

eLabCorp, a user-friendly, HIPAA-compliant, Web-based application, can simplify the ordering, receiving, retrieval, and tracking of laboratory information for both LabCorp and Integrated Oncology test orders, combining clinical and anatomic pathology results into one location with convenient access. If you have not yet implemented an electronic medical record (EMR) system, eLabCorp could serve as a first step in helping your staff become more comfortable using an electronic ordering and resulting system.

 

eLabCorp integrates with more than 300 practice management systems (PMS) and EMR systems. LabCorp can install an interface to many practice management systems, allowing the transfer of existing patient demographics to eLabCorp and reducing the need for re-entry of information.

 

Laboratory result information for both clinical and anatomic pathology testing is available 24 hours a day using a high-speed Internet connection on a Windows-based computer. Multiple client accounts can be accessed with one system log-in.  Alternatively, Integrated Oncology and LabCorp also offer automatic result delivery by printer or fax.

 

LabCorp and Integrated Oncology can also interface lab results directly into many EMR systems, offering a flexible solution that adapts to your existing workflow. This direct interface can prompt your staff and physicians as soon as the result is available and reduces the need for staff to scan laboratory results into patient records.
