US LABS in the News

3/7/2007 12:00:00 AM - US LABS and Esoterix Oncology are combining their resources and expertise under the US LABS name.

Dear Valued Client,

As part of our commitment to provide quality services for improved patient care, it is our pleasure to announce that US LABS and Esoterix Oncology are combining their resources and expertise under the US LABS name. As we streamline logistics during the coming months, you will notice the US LABS name and logo on your specimen collection kits, test requisitions, and result reports. However, you will not experience any interruption or change to your current specimen flow, as your specimens will continue to be directed to the facility that currently maintains your account.

The enhanced US LABS will immediately establish an unsurpassed level of innovation and expertise in hematology and pathology testing. Our combined resources and laboratory locations across the country will provide you with expanded access to our cancer diagnostic testing services.

You will continue to receive the quality and service you have come to expect from Esoterix, and you will now have easy access to the industry-leading services of US LABS, including hematopathology and anatomic pathology, immunohistochemistry, image analysis, flow cytometry, cytogenetics, FISH, and molecular diagnostics. We are confident that you and your patients will quickly realize the benefits from the joinder of US LABS and Esoterix Oncology.

While change can create challenges, we are striving to ensure that these changes, and other changes that may follow, will be as seamless as possible. We are committed to ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly. Above all, we remain committed to delivering high-quality results to assist you in providing exceptional patient care.

We look forward to you furthering our relationship with you. As always, you may contact your anatomic pathology specialist or client services with any questions as we move forward with this implementation.

Sincerely,
