From our responsive client service representatives to the efficient transport of patient samples, US LABS monitors each client touch point to exceed expectations.

The US LABS client service center has a highly trained staff available to respond to all general client needs. Our client services representatives ensure clients have prompt answers to questions or concerns on test information, specimen requirements, turnaround time, test add-ons, and patient results. Client services may also direct client calls immediately to a technical or medical expert as necessary. Additionally, clients may contact the performing laboratory directly at the service locations listed below.

As part of our service, US LABS offers a suite of information technology solutions that make it easier for clients to access and manage laboratory information. US LINX™, our proprietary Internet-based laboratory reporting product, offers the convenience, efficiency and flexibility of accessing of test results anytime, anywhere through a secure Internet connection.

Our Oncology Gateway™ product is our direct data interface system, a highly flexible platform that enables clients to order and receive results directly from their LIS.

An experienced team of laboratory IT professionals are available to assist clients in deciding which system best meets their specific needs.
