US LABS provides easy-to-use specimen transport kits at no cost to clinicians, offices, and hospitals. Transport Kits include test request forms, fully approved shipping containers, and pre-addressed Federal Express shipping labels for delivery six days a week. Please phone US LABS prior to 4 P.M. PST to have your transport kits and laboratory services requisition forms shipped out that day. To request requisition forms, couriers, pickup, and shipping materials, please phone our Courier and Supplies Dispatch Center at (866) 875-2271.

Our Customer Support Network is fully staffed Monday through Friday from 6 A.M. until 5 P.M. PST, and Saturday 6:30 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. PST. Even urgent communications reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling (800) 710-1800.
