Integrated Oncology provides easy-to-use specimen transport kits at no cost to clinicians, offices, and hospitals. Transport Kits include test request forms, fully approved shipping containers, and pre-addressed Federal Express shipping labels for delivery six days a week. To request requisition forms, couriers, pickup, and shipping materials, please phone our Courier and Supplies Dispatch Center at (866) 875-2271 - Brentwood and Irvine only.

Our Customer Support Network is fully staffed Monday through Friday from 5:00 A.M. until 6:30 P.M. PST, and Saturday 6:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. PST. Even urgent communications reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling (800) 710-1800.
